Tâches principales:
Encadrement et climat scolaire
Créer et maintenir une ambiance scolaire positive et sécuritaire
Superviser les élèves au quotidien et être présent(e) dans les espaces communs
Organiser et coordonner les activités de vie étudiante
Développer des initiatives pour renforcer le sentiment d'appartenance
Gestion des comportements
Gérer les situations disciplinaires avec une approche éducative et respectueuse
Appliquer les règlements scolaires de façon constructive et juste
Intervenir de manière proactive pour prévenir les conflits
Suivi personnalisé des élèves
Rédiger et assurer le suivi des plans d'intervention (PEI) pour les élèves à besoins particuliers
Suivre les présences, retards et comportements en lien avec les enseignants et familles
Collaborer avec les parents et professionnels pour le bien-être de chaque élève

Required qualifications:
